キャンピングカーをレンタルするためには、レンタル会社と契約をしなければなりません。通常見積もりをとると、値段以外に契約条件も書かれて送られてきますので、きっちりとチェックして納得した上で契約を確定する必要があります。私のように英語の苦手な方もおられると思いますが、ここは頑張って訳しましょう。以下にTuiCampersの契約条件とその和訳を書いておきますが、契約条件も各社各様なので、これはあくまでも参考程度にとどめ、借りられるレンタル会社の契約条件をしっかり読んで下さいね～。 TuiCampersの契約条件も時がたてば変更されるかもしれませんので、そのつもりで。あぁ、そうそう、ついでに言えば能力的な問題で、和訳は結構適当です～。信用なりませんので、できるだけ英語の原文をご自身で訳してください～。
Terms and Conditions レンタル条件
Daily Hire Charges The daily hire charges include diesel tax, unlimited kilometres, and GST(12.5%) charges. All charges are calculated on a daily basis, not a twenty-four hour day. Vehicles are available at 8.00 am on the you commence your hire and must be returned by 5.00pm at termination unless prior arrangements are made. レンタル料についてレンタル料には軽油税、GST(日本でいう消費税　税率12.5%)が含まれており、走行距離の制限はありません。料金は日数で計算されますが、24時間でいくらという計算はいたしません。レンタルの開始は午前８時からになります。また返却は午後５時までにお願いしますが、事前にお申し出があればその限りではありません。

Insurance A compulsory insurance charge of NZ$15.00 per day covers your hire vehicle,third party property and public liability to NZ$1,000,000. The hirer is liable for the first NZ$1200.00 plus GST (NZ$2400 for drivers under 25 years) of any damage caused in any one accident. Bond All hirers are subject to a bond of NZ$1200.00 plus GST ($2400 for drivers under 25 years) payable at the commencement of hire. This bond is fully refundable if the vehicle has not been involved in an accident and is returned in a reasonably clean and undamaged condition. Bond Waiver Insurance Tui offers Bond Waiver Insurance as an optional extra at a fixed rate of NZ$12.00 per day ($24 per day for drivers under 25 years) on any hires 10 days or over. This ensures that with any accident there is no loss of bond. Hire Periods and One Way Hires For all rental vehicles there is a minimum period of seven (7) days. It is possible to commence your hire in Christchurch and finish it in Auckland (or vice versa) at no extra charge if the rental period is a minimum of fourteen (14) days. レンタル期間と片道レンタル全てのレンタカーのレンタル期間は最低７日とさせていただきます。クライストチャーチでレンタルを開始し、オークランドで返却（あるいはこの逆）する片道レンタルは、14日以上レンタルされる場合は追加料金無しで可能です。
Important The renter is fully liable for any damage to the Tui Campers vehicle or third party property if: The terms of the rental contract are breached. * Damage to the vehicle is caused by careless, wilful or reckless driving. * Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. * Driving on restricted roads. * Water submersion or salt water damage caused through own fault. Refunds Regretfully no refunds can be given for any unused portion of you holiday. 払い戻し申し訳ありませんが、レンタル期間中、ご使用になられない期間がありましても、その分に対しての払い戻しはできません。
Fuel All vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel at the start of hire, and must be returned with a full tank at the end of your hire. 燃料燃料はレンタル開始時、満タンにしてお渡しします。返却時には満タンにしてお戻し下さい。
Vehicle Substitution and Design We shall make every effort to provide the vehicle you requested but where a vehicle is unavailable for any reason we reserve the right to provide a comparably high standard vehicle at no extra cost to cost. While including the same facilities, vehicle layouts may vary slightly to these shown due to manufacturer design changes. レンタカーの代車とデザインお申し込みになられたタイプのレンタカーをお貸しできるよう最大限の努力をいたしますが、万が一お貸しできなかった場合は同等以上のレンタカーを追加料金無しでお貸しいたします。製造会社のデザイン変更により、車両のレイアウトはわずかに変更されるかもしれませんが、装備などは同等です。
Drivers Requirements and License All drivers must be 21 years of age or older and hold a current valid drivers license, to be produced at the start of the hire. An international or country of origin license is acceptable. Transfers Auckland Tui Campers uses taxis/shuttles as the preferred method of transfer. This allows you to transfer at your convenience. The transfer on vehicle pick up is complimentary. Christchurch We offer a complimentary transfer service from Christchurch Airport and surrounding Hotels, Motels, etc to our depot. Ferry Reservations: We are able to make your ferry reservation crossing for you. Interislander Ferry Fares: With an Economy fare, you can save nearly 15% off Standard fares. Sailaway Saver and Saver fares are great valve, giving you nearly 30% and 50% off Standard fares respectively.
